I had seen this before but been reluctant to try. I put this in the pantry when I received and then put it in the freezer after a day. When I took it out to defrost, EVERYONE in the house commented how soft and fresh it was after it had been frozen, I was really impressed and since have bought three loaves.

Highly recommend for teenagers. Its not white bread which my teen loves which isn’t great for him. It isn’t wholemeal or multi grain which my teen hates. It is perfect for the inbetween with all the added health benefits. No complaints in this household.
