This bread is perfect for toasted sandwiches/toastie pies in my Brevill ‘big one’ toastie maker and robust enough to contain an egg, cheese, bacon and onion. It crisps up beautifully.

I love this bread, I feel like it’s much healthier than white bread but doesn’t taste grainy like brown bread, it’s easy to feed to kids and the other half who have a strong preference for white over brown bread!

We really liked this bread. Was soft and smooth and much healthier than our usual white bread, but did not present like a typical healthy bread. Very palatable and good for the kids.
