Great tasting bread/Toast, great to give to give to kids and grand kids to increase their fibre intake without them knowing it.

+ PROS: high in fibre with a great taste glad that it has the cardboard bag seal tag
- CONS: bread comes in a non biodegradable plastic bag. produces alot of fine crumbs when toasted up so makes a Hugh mess of the toaster and kitchen bench area
