Worse bread for very little benefit.

+ PROS: Struggle to find a pro, maybe the novelty of the red colour

Have bought once before and love the idea of extra veg in the diet but the texture didn’t appeal to me.Family don’t seem to mind it.

I have previously tried the carrot one which I thought was ok but today was my first time trying the beetroot. I liked the taste and texture but once I put spread on after toasting it went soggy quickly. Will try it fresh for lunch but overall I like it.

+ PROS: Colour could be fun for kids, has a good taste and texture.
- CONS: Didn't toast well for me even on a high setting

My son had been wanting to try these after seeing the ads. He’s autistic and the idea of it really appealed to him. On trying he liked that taste and texture, and said he would have to get used to the colour but really liked it. He’s a rather fussy eater so the colour definitely adds some fun to eating. To me it tastes great and is exactly like normal bread in texture.

Wouldn’t purchase this as it wasn’t loved by all of the family. Preferred it toasted rather than fresh.
