Super fresh and soft, and an awesome idea, but the taste was too strong and the beetroot flavour (which didn’t taste like beetroot) didn’t go with our toast toppings (jam, cheese, peanut butter). Ended up feeding the ducks with the last half of the loaf as my family wouldn’t eat it – it just wasn’t our thing.

- CONS: Really strong taste (not a natural beetroot taste) coming through.

We actually really enjoyed this bread. We would buy again however it didnt seem to last too long before getting mouldy so would suggest buying to eat within 2 days.

+ PROS: Was soft, light, tasty and a novelty for the kids to have purple bread
- CONS: Went mouldy the day after we recieved the black box

Really like this – had seen it in the supermarket. I wasn’t sure I would like it so didn’t want to buy it only to have to throw it out if no-one liked it. Happy to say that it tastes great!!! Will want to get this again and try the other versions also. Loved that it was so soft.

+ PROS: Has good health benefits. So soft also and keeps well.

Won’t buy again, kids didn’t even try it. Husband only ate it because it he had no other option. Nothing beats good ole white bread.

+ PROS: Was super fresh feeling, even when mouldy.
- CONS: Doesn’t look ‘right’ so my kids didn’t even try it. Definitely a novelty item, can’t see it being a regular for people.
