Tasted pretty much the same as regular bread.the children took some persuading to try it as the colour put them off. The nutritional content wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, higher salt and sugar than regular white bread.

My kids liked this as a novelty and thought the colour was awesome and different. They both said it tasted good and it was super soft. Good way to get some nutrients in to kids who are “allergic” to veges:-)
