+ PROS: Hidden veges, have tried all of them and carrot is the favourite.
- CONS: Best as toast a little doughey as bread. And can go moldy quicker then other breads.

Well liked by our child. Great way to sneak some extra vege into the diet.

Doesn’t keep all that well though, so keep it in the fridge.

+ PROS: Sneaky Vege Easy to Eat Kid Friendly
- CONS: A little bit soft (crushes under spread, even when toasted) Needs the fridge to get to best before.
