We ate the bread as a savoury sandwich and also as a toasted sandwich. The carrot wasn’t overpowering but was quite sweet.

+ PROS: It stayed soft. The carrot wasn't overpowering. A good substitute for white bread.

Love the idea of including Vegas in an everyday food fir our family but the flavour was too strong for our teens. I enjoyed with mince of toast and the spinach option would be ideal with eggs.
