Great idea for extra vege intake, bread is super soft! I was a little dubious when I saw the colour but it tastes great! Great for both sammies & toast. It did start to go a bit mouldy 2 days before the BB Date, if you don’t go through the loaf quickly maybe throw it in the freezer?

Nice enough bread.

- CONS: When toasted reminds me of 'tasty, chewy cardboard' which may 'put off' kids and adults who prefer 'crunchy, normal' toast to bite/eat.
