Slightly smaller than a normal burger bun and found them a little bit too squishy however tasted like a normal burger bun!

You would never know they were lower carb, stayed extremely fresh and soft and toasted up amazingly too. Yes they are slightly smaller but not by much then a normal burger bun and the recipe has a lovely lightly sweet bread that doesn’t want you want more bread after. I really enjoyed these and would buy as a staple instead of no bread buns or normal burger buns. Worth it foe the taste and texture being great
