Great for toasting but as a raw bun it was very doughy as though it was under cooked so these are I guess designed for lightly toasting only. Love the fact they are in a smaller packet of 4 which is great for a household of 2 people, but for larger households it would be great to do family sized packs as well

+ PROS: best buns I have had for toasting when doing burgers. perfect sized buns when toasted crispy on the outside and soft in the middle making them perfect for burger nights good for 2 person household
- CONS: need to come in a family size pack as well not ideal as a bun to eat untoasted as they are doughy like they are undercooked. doughy and stodgie when not toasted
