It comes down to the healthiest and freshest. But again when the kids like something, such as this bread I will buy it occassionally. I prefer to go with nuts and seeds. I want the kids to see the healthier bread rather than is being hidden or they wont learn to make those choices.

If the bread was on special I would buy it but otherwise I will stick to my usual cheap mighty fresh bread as the kids love it and call it moustache bread
