Trident Organic Edamame Noodles are 100% plant-based vegan noodles. It is organic, gluten-free, low in saturated fat and salt. Available in 2 flavours including Edamame and Black Bean. Serves 4.
I give a 3 because they actually gave a good time/cooking instructions in the back, do not cook the noodles directly into the broth (of what ever you might be cooking) as the noodles (bitter) flavouring leeks into the broth therefore altering the final taste of your meal.
If you strictly follow the instructions where it says boil in water for specified time and cool in water, then add to your final cooking it is much much much better. I experimented by cooking half of the noodles by directly adding into the chicken broth soup for lunch, and the other half as cooked noodles on its own and later garnished with toppings and a clear broth soup to warm the noodles back up.
Overall happy to buy this when hosting for parties with friends who have special meal requirements.
