I am not a fan of microwave rolled oats because they are like baby food when cooked but this product is the exception. Once cooked in the microwave it retained its integrity and texture. It wasnt too sweet but had a good flavour. I topped it with yogurt and my home preserved nectarines for a great breakfast.
