Lovely creamy smoothness and love that it is healthy with low fat and sugar, my only dislike is it needed more berry flavour I had to add some frozen berries to it as I found the sachets I had very bland

+ PROS: creamy and smooth Low in fat Low in sugar High in fibre easy and quick to make easy milk or water measure level on the sachet
- CONS: found this flavour a bit bland so if you want more flavour add some honey or more fruits either frozen or dried.
