This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I am a HUGE salami fan, in fact most of the household are. I would purchase a packet without fail every week. I have a favourite brand that I am very loyal to but I thought this product tasted AMAZING. The flavour was so good. I was a little put off by the black packaging, I don’t find it that attractive and I was also quite unsure about the sundried tomato flavour. I’m not sure I would have tried it had I not got the Black Box sample. I will definitely look out for this product and purchase it in the future and would recommend it. Really delicious (my son loved it too).
