This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I like Salami and this was very good. We are just cutting down our meat consumption at home so don’t tend to spend on sandwich meats. Only other comment is that I would prefer a whole salami rather than pre sliced version. And if you could minimise plastic packaging that would be preferable

I have been to three different stores trying to find this after trying it as it was so delicious and I haven’t been able to find it at any of them. Hopefully it is in stores near me soon.

I had seen this on the shelf of the supermarket previously and was really unsure about it as it looks different and I wasnt really sure how black garlic differs in taste to normal garlic. I am so pleased I received this sample as its delicious!

I don’t usually eat salami, but tried this on pizza and it worked quite well.
