This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I loved it, my hubby who cannot handle hot or spicy food couldn’t manage it. It was absolutely perfect for me tho but I would have to reconsider buying it because of my hubbys precious tastebuds.

I love black garlic but wasn’t sure about salami with sundried tomato, especially I don’t like sundried tomato. But the acidity added a nice depth of flavour which was unexpected but lovely.

I liked this salami, but found the black garlic and sundried tomato flavour quite subtle. I had hoped for it to be stronger! Especially the garlic, love it! We are highly influenced by price, as can also buy ham, chicken e.t.c to put on sandwiches.
