This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I only tried a few slices, the rest my hubby and son enjoyed these. my son loved the garlic taste and hubby thought the added sun dried tomatoes was a tasty touch too

I loved this salami so much nicer that the normal ones. I have not bee able to find it in countdown or pak n save yet so I’ll try new world because I really want to get more

I loved the taste of this Salami! A great compliment to a tasting platter as eating it on its own lets you appreciate all its wonderful taste! I would definitely recommend and purchase again.
