This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I really enjoyed the salami, it’s a shame about the plastic packaging, surely there’s a better option. I am trying to limit my plastic consumption and therefore will not purchase it again

I prefer the salami without the additional flavouring, then I can add the flavour with condiments etc. Still good salami though!!
