This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I think this is now my favourite of the Verkerks brand. I normally get the green pack for school lunch but even my 9 year old loved this one

I tend to buy Salami from the Deli, so could be good if it was available for customers to chose from there

I regularly buy Chorizo and I think I prefer Chorizo over Salami. I might buy salami for on pizza but I wouldn’t go for the Black label, I think I would go for standard green label as I couldn’t taste much difference.

I really loved the flavour of this salami, but my husband was not a fan. He didn’t like the flavour and texture of the dry cured salami. But I was a big fan!
