This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I was completely unaware that Verkerks had different coloured packaging for their products. I like that aspect very much as if you are looking for something a little special you can go straght to the good stuff. And this salami was freaking delicious! We gobbled it up crackerless with some aged cheddar and it was divine. We will definitely be purchasing again, and have already!
