This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

I’m not a big garlic eater but there wasn’t a strong flavour of garlic so that was a bonus. Will definitely buy again.

I’m always very weary of salami as it can be really salty, but this was a great flavour balance.

I wasnt sure about this. I love salami but not a huge fan of garlic. But loved it.

I wasn’t sure about this as it looked so different but was pleasantly surprised. Strong taste, enjoyable. Only reason we wouldn’t rebuy is that we prefer standard and then use different ingredients to go with it .

I was unsure about what it would taste like but I’ve really enjoyed it. For some reason I thought the black packaging meant it would be peppery

i was quite impressed with the flavour as it doesn’t have that huge strong after taste of garlic. also it goes very well with pizza with the extra saltiness
