This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

It was fine, there was nothing special about it compared to other brands but it was nice. Perhaps if it came in a salami roll I would be more inclined to buy it for money and packaging reasons.
