This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

It was really delicious and quite different from other salami. I liked the way it melted in your mouth and wasn’t stringy but soft. The flavour was great and not too strong. I’ll be looking out for it
