This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

It was very tasty. Mixed with my salad in smaller chopped up pieces as I wasn’t sure what the flavour would be like. Pleasantly surprised as it didn’t have the garlic after taste. Will be trying it on crackers next as it is definitely one I will purchase again. Bursting with flavour
