This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

My kids love the green pack they werent so fussed on the black one – big strong. But i liked it with cheese and crackers. The packaging is a bit dark and hard to read

My kids don’t eat salami at all but for some weird reason my son ate have the pack and loved this one maybe it’s the flavour, win win for me with school lunch 🙂
