This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

One very annoying thing about salami in general is that the stringy bits always get stuck in my teeth, sometime lodged in my back teeth with quite some difficulty to remove. This aspect of salami can deter me from purchasing it
