This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

Really liked this flavour and dont think I would have brought had I seen in the supermarket as I’m not a fan of Sundried Tomato. But I really liked this salami flavour.
