Verkerks Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami 100gm

This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

    Strong smell – need to keep unused portion in a container in fridge. Delicious used on pizza and in pasta. Don’t like the packaging.

    Somehow I am thinking Halloween. Eating this with Sundried Tomato would attract vampire and then the Black Garlic will deter them.
