This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

The look did throw me a little, but I was keen to try it. The garlic was very mild and didnt leave me with garlic breath.

The flavour was a bit too mild. Generally get salami from the deli and it’s spicier/meatier. But don’t buy it very often as it’s high in fat/cholesterol.

The flavour is so rich, the balance between the salami, black garlic and sundried tomato was just right. I shared it with my family and friends and they all loved it.

The colour put me off and also the black label. I completely missed the words ‘black garlic’ as I kept looking at the colour thinking it was made with blood. I even looked at the ingredients multiple times to check it was not black pudding. But love it. Like the garlic flavors and sweet aftertaste.
