This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

This Salami was great. Really tasty. I’m not sure what the sundries tomato added to the taste as you couldn’t really differentiate it when eating it but overall a really yummy salami. I would definitely buy it from the shops

This salami is incredible!! Perfect for a cheese board. I probably wouldn’t put it in a sandwich as it would overpower other flavours. The kids weren’t that interested, but that leaves more for me! Will def purchase again.

This salami had a beautiful smooth flavour with no single ingredient overpowering the overall taste, I thought it was a little oily to touch but it didn’t leave an oily after taste. So I would definitely still purchase this product.

This product does not contain black garlic. It contains garlic which had been caramelised/cooked for long time

This packet got destroyed in a few minutes between 4 of us, it had a really subtle flavour and soft texture which was a nice surprise. I wouldn’t have chosen it as it sounds like a strong tasting
