This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

This was great – we were shifting at the time so did not get the chance to take photos and go into the comps (shame) but we made the yummiest pizza with this – had friends around who were super impressed and wanted to know where we go the Salami from!!
