This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.

Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

This was really delicious. We are big lovers of salami and this felt luxurious and special. I think the black label packaging also elevates it another level.

This was lovely but I generally have to buy the green packs to keep the kids happy. It was good to try but would have to be having a special platter/occasion to buy this over the green pack
