This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

This was surprisingly delicious. I’m not a big fan of dry cured meat, but I really enjoyed this (even just on it’s own as a snack!) It made a paella dish taste so much better. I am planning to purchase to spice up some lunches on a tramping trip.

This was so nice!! The black garlic gave it a wonderful deep flavour. I would certainly purchase this again. Also, the fact that it’s a bit darker in colour would make is great on a platter. I love this!!!
