This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

Unfortunately I am allergic to Tomato…..but had a small taste and lovely. Also main thing for salami is that it does not contain nitrate, so good to see this didnt

‘Traditional’ makes me think ‘not free range’ and animals probably not given the best care. As soon as there is a free range option for salami I’ll buy that – at the moment I haven’t come across any
