This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

was really delicious, like that it doesnt say heat treated as has been stuff in media about this being bad, naturally fermented sounds good 🙂

Was put off by the garlic as don’t like it strong but was a mild taste and the sundried tomato cake through more which was delicious. Had it on a platter with cheese and put it on pizza
