This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

Was very tasty. Good for hiking as it’s light and sealed and lasts for a few days out of the fridge. Not a huge fan of the plastic packaging but seeing as there aren’t really any other alternatives and we love salami there isn’t much choice unless we buy from local markets.
