This Black Garlic and Sundried Tomato Salami is a unique, traditionally dry-cured & aged salami which tastes great. The black colour of the garlic is created through a slow caramelisation process and this process also results in the development of a delicious, sweet flavour.
Our salami is ready to eat straight out of the pack. If kept longer than 7 days, keep it dry by wrapping in a paper towel.

Delicious! I was hesitant about the black garlic because by itself black garlic is an acquitted taste, but it works so well in salami! I will definitely be buying this again. I also didn’t realise you did different packs as my supermarket only does the green ones, so good to know
