Vidal was founded by anthony vidal in 1905 who arrived in new zealand with just an apple and a penny in his pocket. His ambition was to perfect classical, elegant wine styles and this remains our inspiration to this day. This wine has aromas and flavours of spiced pear and red apple lead into a softly textured palate which is balanced by natural acidity and a gentle off dry finish.
