This is a new favourite!! My Black Box arrived Friday afternoon at work and we were headed straight to a friends, so this dip was an amazing accompaniment to the crackers I had 9and also the Castello Blue Cheese, and Apricot Cream Cheese in the BBox). Creamy and beetrooty, and just delicious! The colour & taste is amazing, this will definitely be on the shopping list!
