I really hated the taste. I usually like sports drinks even though I don’t exercise (my favorite is Powerade Silver Charge) but this really wasn’t doing it for me. I also didn’t have an appropriately sized bottle to make this in, which was really annoying. I ended up digging a soda bottle out of the recycling just so I had something big enough to shake it up in.
This is mostly just personal preference, but I HATE that it contained caffeine. I get addicted to caffeine really easily and it’s a constant struggle for me trying to restrict my intake of the coffee and energy drinks I love. I don’t need another caffeinated thing to worry about.
