Really fulling and substantial for size of slice. Real solid start to the the morning breakfast hunger, also super yummy as a fresh sandwich and a healthy feeling from consuming it. Really enjoyed this.

I was disappointed that this toast cut bread did not toast well, especially compared to regular vogels toast. The ‘benefits’ of this bread in terms of being ‘healthier’ do not outweigh the texture negatives for me.
