Honestly I have tried many gluten free loaves, including overseas one when visiting. This one is the worst. Worse enough for me to find a place to review it.
I have bought 3 or 4 loaves just in case I had a bad loaf but they all had the same problem. The slices disintegrate when you try to pick them up. I have not had one full sized piece when trying to make toast. Don’t buy this. Burgen sunflower is a thousand times better and larger.

Great flavour and texture – especially toasted – but be careful about how much you consume. There’s enough poppyseed in this bread (if you’re consuming it daily) to make you fail a drug test – I kid you not!!
