Waimata blue brie is a rich, creamy cheese with just a hint of blue mould, giving the cheese a subtle peppery note. The blue brie is ideal for those not quite sure about blue vein cheese, but wanting just a little bit more from their brie.
Best eaten at room temperature and at best before, when the blue has been allowed to develop fully, this cheese is great on crackers, in sandwiches and on pizza.
