I wonder if this would taste better with dark chocolate. I think a dark choclate would balance out the sweetness of the caramel. I liked the ginger but thought it was weak in some squares and stronger in others – or they may have just been me.
Overall a nice treat.

Not the best collaboration Whittaker’s has done. Tastes like the chocolate coated ginger crystals you get in Alison’s Pantry. Maybe it’s a good thing though because I can only eat a few squares!

This was delicioso. Love Whittakers chocolate anyway, but this caramel and ginger was a hit. Will definitely be buying again.
