So far this is 5-stars for me, we tried it in a oat slice and it tasted just as standard brown sugar would. Next test will be to see how it goes in a chocolate self-saucing pudding come Christmas time. I have a major sweet tooth and am trying to cut back on sugar so an definitely intrigued by this product and what it’s uses may be.
+ PROS: So similar to brown sugar!
- CONS:Cost - But personally I would pay a little more for this
