+ PROS: Loved this product as it is so much like ‘real’ brown sugar. Easy to use being cup for cup in recipes and provides a delicious caramel flavour. It will be s constant in my pantry now … thanks Black Box
- CONS:I think it is a little bit sweeter than brown sugar so if you dont have a sweet tooth you might want to use a bit less than cup for cup.

I found this to be a fantastic alternative. Being a brittle Type 1 diabetic, I have been able to enjoy and appreciate the joys of brown sugar on my porridge again, as well as baked goodies without sacrificing flavour or quality.
