Very nice texture and flavour. Given the health attributes, amazing it is from a fruit. Made the yummy peppermint slice from the recipe book, delicious 🤤
+ PROS: Sweet, fine. Very similar to sugar cane icing sugar.
- CONS:Packet size left a small amount after making the recipe so will have to buy some more. Is more liquid than classic icing sugar so sets quite hard.
