I already buy Whole Earth sweet granules with Stevia good to try an alternative. I think monk fruit tastes better in comparison in drinks and desserts like homemade jelly or custards. Just like sugar in baking I triedin my hotcross buns. For price I’d go cheaper option
+ PROS: Tastes good with no after taste like stevia
- CONS:Price.

Used in pancakes for the kids, they didn’t complain (and they usually would).
+ PROS: Easy to use in baking. Didn’t notice a change in flavour.
Its different but found it too sweet than natural sugar but in small amounts its great.
+ PROS: Smaller amounts can be used and it's natural.
- CONS:It is expensive for a packet of sugar for the average Joe who has no choice to revert back to cheaper non healthy ones. Half the price would be appropriate.
Was expecting something that would work as a sweetish alternative to sugar but fo7nd it had a really unusual taste that I couldn’t get used to. Will stick with coconut sugar and rice bran syrup instead.
